Marriage License
It is recommended that you apply for your Marriage License from the County Clerk at least one month prior to your wedding date. You will need photo proof of identification and proof of your age. In the case of any previous marriages, you must show proof that you are no longer legally married. The Marriage License is valid for 90 days. The current fee for a Marriage License in California is $70.00.
